A part of you is perfect. Start living from that part.

People think they're broken. That's the lie almost every one of us is carrying. But there is a part of you that already knows exactly what to do. And Part One of my new book, Freedomology, is about how to stop drowning it out and let it drive. Two chapters, about sixty pages, and it's free. Read it tonight.

(01) Who I am

I was born into building.

My dad was a carpenter and built things with his bare hands, and I grew up helping him do it, so naturally I became a builder too.

But I didn't create physical structures, I created businesses, systems, programs, and software. One of those companies made the INC 500.

Then in 2010, my wife Kelly and I bought a 200-year-old apple farm that was headed for foreclosure, the kind of land every real estate expert said should be bulldozed and developed. The plan on the table was 230 houses.

But we both grew up walking those hills, and we couldn't watch this farm die, so we made a spontaneous decision to save it. There were no projections, no exit strategy, just a feeling that this place was calling for a new beginning.

A year later, Mapleside was voted America's Most Beautiful Farm, and over the next decade, that farm quietly rebuilt me. It taught me that there are two ways to create. You can build things, and you can grow things. And almost everything that makes a life worth living includes a little bit of both.

Today I spend my time building companies in the mornings and tending to the orchard in the afternoons. One world runs on formulas and effort. The other runs on rhythms and reasons.

Back in 2012, I started seeing a pattern in the people around me: the most successful ones were often, deep down, the least free. They had money and no time, businesses and no health, networks and no real relationships. They didn't need more success, they needed freedom, not freedom in everything, just in everything that matters.

So I bought a domain name, Freedomology.com, thinking it might be a book someday, and I spent the next ten years teaching other people what it stood for: how to have both time and money, physical and mental health, and incredible relationships including God and self.

In 2022 we started Freedomology, a company helping people create a life they actually want to live.

(03) The book
Freedomology: How to Live the Adventurous Life, by Greg Clement

An adventure is a story where the outcome isn't guaranteed.

And that makes it the exact opposite of the life most of us are living, the scripted one, the one that runs on permission and distraction and someday.

You can't have an adventure while you're waiting for permission. You can't have one scattered across forty different things you're "interested" in, and you can't have one waiting for "someday" to finally show up.

The adventure is already happening and you've been in it since the day you were born, the highs and lows, the people you've loved, the things you've lost, the fears you've faced, the ordinary Tuesdays that became the fabric of your existence.

The only reason anyone calls that ordinary is that they've been trained to, trained to see adventure as something that happens somewhere else, to someone else, something requiring a plane ticket or a different set of circumstances. That perspective is a lie. The only way to fix this is you actually seeing it, and when you start feeling your life as an adventure, it becomes one.

That's why I wrote this book, and Part One is where it starts. It does two things. It names the enemy, The Machine, the system that turned your life into a script and taught you to call it normal. And then it introduces you to who you really are, the part of you I call the Higher Self, the part of us that's perfect and that's been ready this whole time.

The rest of the book is how, in detail, chapter by chapter, you live TAL The Adventurous Life. But everything starts with knowing what you're up against and who you actually are.

Part One is free. Two chapters, about sixty pages. Read it tonight, and if it names something you've been feeling, the rest of the book will be waiting.

(04) The Big Ideas

Big ideas that could change your life. A new one almost every week.

These are the ideas I can't stop thinking about, the ones I'd grab you by the shoulders over. Each one is a ten or twelve minute read, they're all free, and any one of them could be the sentence that changes your next ten years. Start with whichever title grabs you.

A note before you go

I've known something instinctively my whole life, long before I had language for it: we were born to create. God made us this way. And you're creating whether you realize it or not, consciously or subconsciously, with every decision you make and every one you avoid. Which means the life you have right now is largely something you created. For some people that stings a little, but I think it's incredible news, because if you're responsible for the life you have, you can create the one you actually want. This is as true for the person starting over as it is for the person already winning who knows there's something more.

Most people just never go get it. And after twenty years of coaching thousands of people, I can tell you it's never because they're broken. There's a whole system working on you every day, pulling your attention in a thousand directions, keeping you waiting. Part One of my book names that system, and introduces the part of you it can never touch.

For me personally, getting in touch with that part has made all the difference. I've learned there's a science to freedom. There's a science to getting physically and mentally stronger, to improving your relationships, to building wealth. But there's an art to putting it all together and living an incredible life. And where it's shown up the most is in my relationship with our creator. I believed in God for most of my life, but being friends with Jesus is a completely different thing. That friendship showed me where that perfect part of us comes from.

And if all you take from this visit is one sentence, take this one: A part of you is perfect, so start living from that part. Trust me on this, the whole world opens up when you do.
